Coffee Cupping Evening with Campbell & Syme

Our coffee cupping evenings are back!

After a long break, we're excited to welcome our house roasters, Campbell & Syme, for an evening of tasting, learning and great coffee.

Throughout the session, you'll have the opportunity to taste a range of coffees while learning how to identify flavour notes, understand their profiles, and discover how factors such as origin, processing, and roasting influence what's in your cup.

The cupping with also include a fun interactive game and a prize.

Campbell & Syme are an award-winning UK specialty coffee roastery and we're proud to have them as our house roasters. Their passion for sourcing exceptional coffees and sharing their knowledge makes them the perfect hosts for the evening.

This relaxed and fun interactive session is perfect for beginners and coffee lovers alike, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and develop your palate.

Hopefully the weather will be beautiful as we’re leaning fully into summer for this one. Think the freshest summer flavours and produce: watermelon, cucumber, green beans, confit tomatoes, summer berries.

Join us for our June Supper Club at Southsea Coffee.

We’re leaning fully into early summer for this one. Think asparagus, new potatoes, home grown herbs, lamb meatballs, labneh, salsa verde, charred courgettes, broad beans, lemon meringue choux and cheese to finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • It’s our excuse to step away from the brunch classics and cook something a bit more indulgent… a seasonal, one-off menu of elevated comfort food with dishes we don’t get to serve in daytime.

  • Yes. In its essence Supper Club is a shared-table night. Expect good food and good company (and you might leave with a new mate).

    However, if you really would like a private table then do ask, as we can accommodate.

  • Absolutely. Book multiple seats together and we’ll do our best to seat you as a group. The more seats you book, the easier it is to give you a bigger section of the table.

  • Not yet. We’re unlicensed, so it’s BYOB. Bring your favourite bottle and settle in. No corkage.

  • Yes we can always cater for vegetarian and vegan diets.

  • We’ll contact you after booking to confirm any dietary requirements so everyone is properly looked after.
