A limited-run guest coffee from DAK.
Rhubarb Fizz, washed Batian, Ruiru 11, SL28 & SL34, is produced by 540 smallholder farmers supplying the Ndimi Factory in Kirinyaga, Kenya.
The cherries undergo strict hand-sorting to remove underripe or damaged fruit, followed by an overnight fermentation before being fully washed, graded, and slowly dried on raised beds for 10 to 20 days.
