Lucky Cherry DAK 7th Anniversary, an anaerobic natural Cobra, is produced by Kanggo in Bali, Indonesia.
The cherries undergo a nitrogen-flushed anaerobic natural process managed by Heqa in Bali. They are sealed inside a temperature-controlled bioreactor for 120 hours while being continuously flushed with nitrogen gas to eliminate oxygen. The whole cherries are transferred to a regulated room to dry for 14 days.
