Throughout the evening, we'll taste a selection of Ethiopian coffees processed in a variety of ways. By tasting them side by side, we'll explore how different processing methods can influence the character of a coffee, from sweetness and acidity to fruit character, body and fermentation.
We will guide you through the tasting, explaining what happens to a coffee from cherry to bean and how each stage of processing can influence what we experience in the cup.
This is a relaxed, hands-on evening designed for anyone who enjoys coffee and wants to understand more about what makes each cup taste the way it does - no previous coffee knowledge or cupping experience is needed.
