This weekend’s brewed coffee.
This weekend we see the return of one of our favourite coffees from last year. It is from the Chelelektu mill in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia and is a washed coffee. Think sticky sweet lemon icing - it’s bright, clean and full of flavour; totally delicious.
We will also be serving a new coffee for us, but from one of our favourite farms - Finca Limoncello in Nicaragua. It is a natural Longberry and is sweet and fruity; REALLY fruity…. like a jar of strawberry jam.
Both available as a hand poured option this weekend.
