I have wanted to do a Japanese themed Supper Club for ages, as it is both mine (and both of my boys) favourite go to food. Maki, sushi, gyoza dumplings, noodles, what is not to like? Plus all of my favourite ingredients and techniques - pickling, raw foods, beautiful presentation, tamari, miso, nori, seaweed...
I now feel the time has come that I can do my own beautiful interpretation of this cuisine for you all to enjoy.
Here is the menu for our next supper club: Japan.
maki, avocado, radish, nori
pickled plums, shiso, horseradish crisp
'gyoza', squash dumplings, daikon
matcha, whyte chocolate + almond
All of the food served at this event will be RAW / vegan / gluten free / refined sugar free.
Tables will be arranged to seat 6 + 8 - please come expecting to meet new friends
