THIS WEEK’S HAND BREWED COFFEES
This week we have another coffee from one of our favourite farms, Finca Limoncello, in Nicaragua. This is a naturally processed Red Pacamara and is fairly reminiscent of the funky pacamara we were drinking last year, but with more elegance. It is full of strawberry fruit, with a creamy mouthfeel and a soft fruit finish.
We also have a fully washed Ethiopian heirloom Typica coffee from the Mormora Coffee Plantation in the Oromia region. This coffee starts with lime flavours which quickly develop into chocolate, it’s sweet and finishes with dark chocolate.
Both of these coffees are roasted by HasBean, are very delicious and will be available for the next week.
